The agreement that governs access to and use of HexBOS services, accounts, business tools, and related features.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of HexBOS, including the web application, account tools, onboarding flows, invoicing, estimates, customer management, billing features, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using HexBOS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use HexBOS on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration, business, billing, and contact information and to keep it current.

3. Use of the Service

HexBOS is provided to help businesses manage operational workflows such as invoices, estimates, products, customers, business profiles, payments, taxes, and settings. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Your Content and Records

You retain ownership of the information you enter into HexBOS, including business details, customer records, invoices, estimates, notes, tax data, and uploaded files. You grant HexBOS permission to process that content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Business Decisions

HexBOS may help calculate, organize, or display financial and tax-related information, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents, rates, calculations, filings, and payment terms before relying on or sending them.

6. Third-Party Services

HexBOS may integrate with third-party services such as authentication, payment, email, storage, or analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. HexBOS is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload malicious code, use HexBOS for fraudulent activity, violate another party's rights, or use the platform in a way that could harm HexBOS, its users, or the integrity of the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep HexBOS reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, remove, or modify features as the product evolves.

9. Termination

You may stop using HexBOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, causes harm, or is unlawful.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HexBOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexBOS disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the service or other appropriate channels.
